At last night’s meeting of the Arizona Alpha Unit, the election of officer was held, and the incumbent officers were all carried forward to the next year! Congratulations to the following:

• Dan Grimm, Secretary
• LaVern Tarkington, Treasurer

After the brief business meeting and election, the unit had a “virtual group pot luck” — everyone supplied their own food, but the conversation was upbeat and heartwarming. Of special note was an after-dinner presentation by unit member and District 8 Director Mike Peck, who shared pictures of his recent wedding in Hawaii.

Members and potential guests should note that the unit will take a summer break, reconvening in October.
